Do you accept card or cash?
All bookings can be made online via card payment. If you are attending a drop in class (where available), cash payment may also be accepted. Pre-booking is recommended secure your space.
What results can I expect from yoga?
Improved flexibility, strength, posture, stress relief, and a stronger mind-body connection over time.
Can I do yoga if I have injuries?
Consult your doctor or physician first. If they are happy for you to, please inform me of your injuries before so I can guide modifications or recommend a suitable class.
Is Yoga safe during pregnancy?
Yes, but please inform me beforehand so I can guide modifications or recommend suitable classes.

What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, you are still welcome to join the class quietly. However, please note that classes start and finish at the scheduled times and missed time cannot be made up of refunded.
How early should I arrive?
Arrive 5-10 minutes before class to settle on your mat.
Do you include relaxation at the end?
Yes, every class includes a short guided relaxation. (Savasana)
What if I struggle or can't do a pose?
Every pose has options and modifications to suit individual bodies.
Some poses may not be in your practice yet, and so we use props to help make them accessible or other poses are available to take before we move on to the next asana, such as downward facing dog, child's pose, or, even happy baby, or a pose of your own choice.
Taking breaks when you want is welcomed and encouraged. The asanas are offerings I'm giving you, these aren't strict or regimented. You could stay in child's pose for the entire class if that's what you need, and you would still be practicing yoga.
Will I feel out of place if I'm new?
No - everyone starts somewhere, and classes are welcoming and non-judgemental.

Is yoga good for stress?
Yes. Yoga can help reduce stress by calming the nervous system, improving breathing, and helping you reconnect with your body and mind.
Many people also find that hip opening movements and mindful practice can release stored tension and support emotional wellbeing.
Do you give meal plans?
No strict meal plans - instead, you get personalised guidance and practical strategies.
What is nutrition coaching?
Simple, realistic support to help you build healthier eating habits without restrictive dieting.
Who are 1-2-1 sessions for?
Anyone wanting personalised support - beginner's, mobility needs, or deeper practice.
Where do 1-2-1 sessions take place?
At your home or a location arranged in advance.
Do class passes expire?
Yes, each pass has a validity period (shown at purchase).
Usually a
4 week pass lasts 8 weeks
6 weeks pass lasts 10 weeks
8 weeks pass lasts 12 weeks.
No refunds can be given for class passes.
If there are extremely special circumstances at Fuel and Flows discretion we may be able to lengthen the expiry date.
Do you offer class passes?
Yes, discounted class passes are available. These are perfect to help with a consistent practice.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Booking in advance is recommended as spaces are limited.
Drop ins are welcome if there is space available, but you will need to pay and fill in a client in take form and waiver before class starts, so please arrive earlier.
How long are classes?
Class times can differ, so please check the schedule to find out the times and extra info.
Where are classes held?
All classes on the schedule have the address, time and date stated.
Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?
No. Yoga is about building flexibility over time - not starting with it.
As I like to say we don't do yoga because we are flexible. You become flexible by doing yoga.
All poses have modifications to make them accessible.
I've never done yoga before. Can I join?
Absolutely! Beginner-friendly classes are designed to guide you step by step so you can learn the alignment and modifications of poses.
What should I bring to class?
A yoga mat, a drink, and comfortable clothing.
Props are provided. You are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Ideally 2 bricks, 1 block and 1 strap.
If you haven't got your own mat, I have a limited number available to borrow. Please get in touch so I can hold one for you.
